A soft place for you to land after losing a loved one (through death or life circumstance), experiencing a life transition, or while grieving life experiences you didn’t get to have due to your family situation, disability, trauma, etc. We can talk about the people, animals, times, or places you’re grieving or find creative ways to express your grief if talking is hard.

A safe, affirming, and supportive space for you to explore your gender and/or sexuality, navigate the coming out process, transitioning, and other challenges you may face being a part of the queer community.

We will take the time to create a space where you feel safe and comfortable before delving into any trauma you’ve experienced. You’ll learn about how trauma impacts your body and mind, develop tools to ground yourself, and change unhelpful thought patterns.

Learn the difference between OCD and general anxiety, accept and navigate intrusive thoughts and compulsions, and experience exposure to specific intrusive thoughts gradually in a safe environment. I know OCD can feel frustrating, overwhelming, and, at times, embarrassing or even a little silly. You can trust that I get it, and I won’t be scared or taken aback by anything you say, it’s probably much more common than you think!

Explore your neurodiversity and how it shows up in your life, collaborate to come up with strategies that lessen daily stress and maximize your strengths, and learn how to be more compassionate towards yourself.

I am also aware of the advocacy that is often necessary for people with ADHD and/or autism to gain access to necessary supports/accommodations. If needed, we can work together to figure out what these needs are and how to communicate them to your work, school, family, community, etc.

Creative individuals (visual artists, filmmakers, actors, musicians, etc.) often experience imposter syndrome, creative blocks, and a pressure to create that takes the joy out of artistic expression, along with depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues.

Through exploration and creative exercises, you can find the joy in creating again and release the pressure and expectations put on you by others and yourself.

Figuring out who you are and how you want to exist in the world is a weird and (sometimes) scary process. We can work together to explore what’s important to you and how you want to engage with the world so that you can live a meaningful and fulfilling life.
